Two bedroom self contained cottage with QS bed and 2 King single beds which, if preferred, can be joined to become a King double bed for couples. Includes three-corner spa, wood fire, TV, DVD/CD player, a fully equipped Kitchen and Laundry.

Cedar Lodge: Sleeps 8
3 bedroom cottage with 2 QS beds, and 3rd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds to sleep 4. The cottage is totally self-contained with wood fire, double spabath, TV,DVD/CD player, and a fully equipped Kitchen and Laundry

Loft Cottage: Sleeps 2

Arrivals & Departures
Check in is from 2.00pm and the Cottage must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.
Booking Conditions
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings
Balance payable upon arrival
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations notified 15 days or more prior to arrival, receive a refund of
60 % of deposit or offered a Gift Voucher for the full deposit amount.
Notification within 14 days prior to arrival receive no refund of deposit and offered a Gift Voucher for 50% of the deposit amount.
Non arrivals or cancellations 24 hours prior will forfeit all money paid
